Privacy and Use Terms

The Excel Weekend page collects only the data explicitly provided by you (name, email, and code), as well as your IP address at the time of registration, if it is completed. The data are maintained by GENECSIS Informática Ltda, a company registered in Brazil, and are used exclusively by this company. The IP address and code, we store for security purposes and internal statistics. We can know, for example, the person who referred you and an estimate of the city from which you registered. The other data, we use for the generation of your personalized commemorative passport; for sending messages related to the theme of the event; and for sending targeted ads on social networks that we believe may be relevant to you. We do this via contracts with cloud services providers that follow strict privacy and confidentiality standards. We do not share your data with third parties, not even with Excel Weeekend speakers or supporters. Your data can be easily removed through a link provided to you at the end of registration. They can also be deleted or altered by request via message sent to data@genecsis.com from your registered email.
